iPSC\u5206\u5316\u4e3a\u795e\u7ecf\u5e72\u7ec6\u80de\uff08NSC\uff09\u3001\u795e\u7ecf\u524d\u4f53\u7ec6\u80de\uff08NPC\uff09\u53ca\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cYOPD iPSC\u3001NSC\u3001NPC\u5747\u53ef\u4ee5\u6279\u91cf\u6269\u589e\u5e76\u5f97\u5230\u6279\u6b21\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u3002YOPD \u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u5728\u6210\u719f7\u5929\u300114\u5929\u300121\u5929\u300128\u5929\u65f6\u5206\u522b\u8fdb\u884cCaspase 3\u548cTUNEL\u67d3\u8272\u53d1\u73b0\u8be5\u7ec6\u80de\u4e0e\u5bf9\u7167\u7ec6\u80de\u76f8\u6bd4\u51cb\u4ea1\u660e\u663e\u3002\u8be5\u7ec6\u80de\u7684ROS \u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5206\u6ccc\u7684LDH\u6c34\u5e73\u663e\u8457\u9ad8\u4e8e\u5bf9\u7167\u7ec4\u7ec6\u80de\uff1b\u80de\u5185ATP\u6c34\u5e73\u663e\u8457\u4f4e\u4e8e\u5bf9\u7167\u7ec4\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5229\u7528YOPD \u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u5df2\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u89c4\u6a21\u5316\u7684\u836f\u7269\u7b5b\u9009\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u6b64\u5e73\u53f0\u5bf9\u524d\u671f\u7b5b\u9009\u51fa\u7684\u5bf9\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u6709\u663e\u8457\u6027\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f5c\u7528\u768412\u4e2a\u5316\u5408\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u4e865\u4e2a\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5019\u9009\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u6570\u636e\u5df2\u57282020
